Learn How to Sail

I will teach you the basics of sailing in 2 hours. My instruction will include theory and practice.
We can do this in one of three ways :
1) Virtually, by using a sailing simulator on my PC and with use of skype or similar video and screen sharing technology.
2) On a real sailboat in San Diego / Mission Bay. You will have to pay for the boat rental (which is about $30-50).
3) Using one of my Radio Controlled model sailboats at the San Diego Model Yacht Pond (next to the Paradise Point Resort) in Mission bay.
Training & Qualifications
I have been a sailor for 35+ yrs. I taught sailing as a side job during college and was the captain of my college sailing team. I also raced sailboats competitively (windsurfers, lasers, 420s, kitesurfers, rc boats...) for many years in the mediterranean, lake michigan, boston, san francisco, and san diego.
Availability & Preferences
I am usually available on the weekends but can also be available some weekdays.
