Hello All!

My name is Ken and Fitness is my passion! I can 100% relate to the struggles of losing fat, and getting into a healthier physical state. After my 1st of TWO Brain Surgeries, I was over 80 pounds overweight and on 6 different medications, and deep in depression.

Fast forward, and My fitness journey has taken me everywhere from being a D1 collegiate athlete, to military Special Operations, to now managing my own studio with fitness/nutrition and dietary programs, where in the last year I helped my clients lose over 100,000lbs combined! Fitness is my passion and fat loss is my speciality. I am a 3 year Army veteran with a keen attention to detail and a knack for results.
