If it's anything really abusive or extremely violent, please refrain from it. I know a lot of people deal with this sort of thing and it is horrible and I wish it wouldn't happen. But this is more of a request targeted towards unique dark secrets, like thoughts or feelings or inner motivations. Stuff like that. Something that would shock a psychologist or alternatively an opinion that I've never heard anyone have.
