Discuss with you any medications or health conditions that could rule out massage as safe. Discuss areas of your body that carry stress and tension to identify focus areas. This will allow for 50 minutes hands on masaage. I offer a range of therapeutaic modalities: connective tissue, deep tissue, joint mobilization, swedish relaxation.
Training & Qualifications
Licensed massage therapist in the state of WI. Grauate of Herzing/Lakeside school of massage.
