Former goat cheese slinger..new adv
l sell, cook with, and help make goat cheese. I represent a small farm and sell at farmers markets in SW Washington and NW Oregon. I know the ins and outs of utilising these venues successfully. Being lactose intolerant, I can offer recipes, advise how to get into and sell at markets, I can sell people's wares at market.
Training & Qualifications
My skill set includes: wrangler of children and four-leggers, writer/editor, voracious bibliophile, gardener, professional student, cook, phlebotomist, farmers' market queen (so called by a sweet neighbouring vendor), admin lackey, promoter of others' businesses via social media and word of mouth, professional driver, gleaner, forest forager, hunter of grouse and deer, stalker of elk, and I snag every opportunity I can to be of service to anyone in need or want.
Availability & Preferences
Depends. I keep a somewhat normal diurnal schedule due to my children's current school hours. I like to organise my work days to allow me evenings with my girls. I dislike the 7 day work week for many reasons and I work everyday, which is easy if you can love what you do.
