I will utilize non-violent communication principles to provide an empathic response to whatever you want to drop on me. If you are unfamiliar with NVC that's ok. Basically this is an opportunity to talk about some things that are bothering you and identify the driving feelings and needs behind them. I won't offer unsolicited advice, or focus the conversation towards thoughts. If you are interested in learning more about NVC I will provide you free resources and information.
Training & Qualifications
Involved in an NVC practice group that meets bi-weekly
Have read/watched/listed to Marshal Rosenbergs NVC sessions and implanted many of the principles into my life successfully.
