Have you wanted to complain to someone who knows quite a bit about tough times and will be a good listener? I've been through a lot, and am willing to offer an ear. I will, at your decision, offer advice, or sympathy, or encouragement. I can give you the advice you need to hear, or the stuff you want to hear, or both.
Training & Qualifications
I'm the unofficial parent to teenagers in my family, and the one people go to for advice. I am familiar with mental illnesses, physical illnesses, and many crisis situations. Even if you don't want to talk specifics, and are just panicking, I can help you get through a panic attack and then tell you some fun facts about a random topic or random animals until you calm down! I don't want to put a time on this session, but I am going to put a maximum of 45 minutes due to my health needs. Of course, we will go as long as you need up to the time limit to feel better.
