Diagnose your computer, scan and update all Antivirus and programs, and cleanup your machine. Most people don't install an Antivirus after the one that comes on your machine expires, leaving you open to hackers, viruses, and trojans. Also, a lot of people don't correctly maintain their machines, causing major processing issues - most commonly slow startup.

I have an information technology degree from a junior college, an associate ls degree in computer science, and have been working with computers for the past 8 years.
