It is sometimes hard to convey the appropriate tone via written language. I will spend up to 30 minutes helping you find the appropriate words to respond to texts, emails, or letters. Whether it is responding to an online sales pushback, writing a gracious "thanks but I'm not interested" text, or crafting the perfect reference letter; let me help you say what you really mean.
I will spend up to 30 minutes working with you either via text, email, or phone to carefully craft an appropriate response to the situation at hand.
I specialize in finding the silver lining in all situations and helping you avoid burning bridges (unless you absolutely intend to do so.)
I will help you respond to as many communications as possible in 30 minute units. You will have my undivided attention during this 30 minute session.
Training & Qualifications
I have 12 years experience in a variety of professional settings. Crafting professional sounding pushbacks is one of my strengths. I am also excellent at finding a reason that someone might elect to commit to a product or service that they weren't sure about in the first place.
