Offering a 10-minute Guided Meditation for those who seek inner wellness.
Meditation is known to relieve stress and anxiety, help with insomnia and aid in anger management. It is the effort of relaxation where the mind and body contemplate, consider and reflect in unison to aid in mental health, healing and restoration.
I will guide you through your meditation and aid you in maintaining a Meditatve state. I will offer breathing exercises and aid in correct meditation postures and will show you relaxation techniques. This is all to help you achieve the fullest potential and gain knowledge you can later use to aid yourself.
I have done this in person, and over Skype. I find any video and audio app or program works. If you don't wish to be seen, all you really need is my voice and a means to communicate verbally.
Training & Qualifications
I have been meditating for over 7 years. My father is a Buddism practitioner and he first got me interested. I have used meditations to aid in my own anxiety and help with my insomnia. I have gone too several meditation classes and have participated in, in-group guided meditation.
I have my yoga instructor certification and have completed additional class work in meditative postures.
