I will spend 40 minutes with you to introduce you to Aerial Silks. This lesson will provide foundation information such as basic foot locks, wrist locks and simple moves that anyone can do regardless of strength or size! As a student, wear tight-fitting athletic clothing with NO zippers, buttons, snaps or hooks-anything that could snag the fabric is not permitted including earrings, rings and other jewelry.
