Intentional movement, embodied mindfulness, tailored dialogue, and assisted postures open your body and focus your mind. The practice is centered around connecting you with your own unique inner guidance, witnessing and being witnessed in your process. An integration and coaching process, with follow-up after the session, ensure you leave with an action plan for self-created change. Sessions last one hour.
Training & Qualifications
Certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Also a 200-hour certified Yoga Teacher.
