I'm moving mid April and house hunting sucks. Craigslist is lame and creepy if it's not scammy.
If you're in the Reno/Sparks area and even out in Fernley help me out!
My husband and I are looking for a 1-2 bedroom for $700 max. I know fernley is cheap!
We have a kitty.
We both have bad credit so using a rental leasing office isn't ideal.
It's hard finding a place to live all the way down here in Santa Cruz. (Where studios are $1200+!!!)
