How to Microdose
20
Small, "sub-therapeutic" doses of drugs have been found to produce less side-effects while still producing noticeable, positive effects. For example, microdosing entheogenic plants allows more control over the effects of healing plants by taking small, measured doses and monitoring the outcome. While healing plants provides numerous enjoyable effects, it can also induce feelings of sleepiness or anxiety if taken in too large a dose.
I will teach you the basics of microdosing including the gold-standard dosing schedule along with anecdotal stories of the effects of microdosing.
