I own a rental house where the last tenant apparently kept a zoo inside the house and didn't keep up after them. The carpet was completely ruined. We are tearing out the carpets ourselves, but now I'm looking for someone in my area who can install laminate flooring throughout the house (3 small bedrooms and a small living room).
