As you stretch/move i will help you become attuned to your body to help you listen to your self and become more aware of your body, breath, tensions, where you need to release and help you to encourage self healing.
Training & Qualifications
Although i do not have a license in the state of texas, i did take some formal training in California on many modalities. But i have been listening and working on peoples bodies since i was three and have over 30 plus years of experience.
