Eight time Emmy Award winning producer Karen Lee Cohen lives and breathes health and wellness. She currently is developing a channel - featuring health, wellness and positivity and is President of Crystal Pyramid Productions, Inc. the company she founded in 1990. She is also serving as consultant for the Elixir WellBeing Channel Launch on the Atlys platform.

As program Director at WNBC-TV for eight years, she was responsible for programming all non-news, non-network day parts and acquiring syndicated programming. During that time she Created, Executive Produced and launched into syndication dozens of shows including STRICTLY BUSINESS, the first of its genre.

Her most recent credits include Producer of the Beyond The Secret Live Event at Royce Hall; Producer of the Conscious Entrepreneurial Experience Event at the Conscious Life Expo and Producer of Legends: Rodney Dangerfield for Comedy Central.

Other credits include Supervising Producer for Jewel Recorded Live at Humphrey's By The Bay, and film and television consultant to Mani Management; series Consultant for Healthy Living, a 14 part magazine program on natural health hosted by Jane Seymour. Additional credits include: Producer of the comedic short Demo Reel featuring Nora Dunn; Associate Producer on the Independent film standing on fishes with Jason Priestley and Pamela Reed with a cameo by Kelsey Grammer.

Ms Cohen is a Member At Large of the Columbia College Chicago Alumni Board for 2016-2019.
She was a member of the Board of Trustees of Columbia College Chicago from 1993 through 2004 and is an active member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, having served on the Rewards Committee and on the ATAS Foundation’s Educational Programs and Services Committee. She has also been a consultant to Columbia College Chicago and taught a course on Producing Television Talk and Magazine Shows for UCLA Extension.
