In a session we talk about what's going on with you, what you want to accomplish, and them I work on your energetic bodies, mixed with massage and polarity therapy, and we may perform charm/conjure work together to break a connection to an old way of being, make a gris gris bag, or whatever else you may need. A session usually lasts between 1-1.5 hrs.
