Help Enrolling with ACA (Obamacare)

I will give basic advice and assistance with enrolling in healthcare through the Marketplace (also known as Obamacare). I can help you fill out an online application, give information on sending in or uploading documents, and help you with accessing info through the marketplace website. I can also explain your eligibility results and what your next steps are. If you'd like help enrolling, I can explain your tax credit and how to use it, and give you some guidance on the plans that are available to you.

Before you contact me about this service, here's a few things to keep in mind:
*The open enrollment period ends on January 31st, however there are circumstances in which you can enroll outside of open enrollment.
*There are only 3 qualifications for getting insurance through the marketplace: you must live in the U.S., be a citizen/national or lawfully present, and not incarcerated. Tax credit eligibility is much more complicated and that's what you fill out the application for.
*There are situations where I will not be able to help you myself and you will need to contact the Marketplace call center. I can guide you through this process as well.
Training & Qualifications
I previously worked at the Marketplace call center handling applications, enrollment, and related issues. My scorecard remained above 90% at all times and I had an average customer service rating of 4/5.
