30 Min. Handstand Tutoring Session

I will teach you how to get started on your handstand, no experience required, or how to fix the one you already have. This can be a long process, but it's very rewarding! I will assess your current physical status and create a personalized stretching and strength training plan to work towards your goal. I will give you the tools that you need to work towards gaining the strength and bravery needed to accomplish a solid handstand. Whatever your obstacle has been in the past, whatever has kept you from that perfect handstand, I will do my best to help you overcome it. You can expect real time corrections during our sessions, as well as personalized training plans for you to complete on your own time. We will work at your pace and comfortability level and I will be encouraging you the whole way!

Training & Qualifications


I am a national champion acrobat, as well as a professional acrobatics, tumbling, and aerial silks instructor and performer. I have traveled all over the country to train and to teach, picking up lots of varying methods along the way.
