I will set up a short consultation with you to go over what problems you are experiencing.
At that point, we will schedule a time for me to either remote into your computer (for software issues), or for us to meet up with the actual machine you need assistance with.
Once I am working on the computer, I will go through and cleanup what issues I can identify both from my experience as a troubleshooter, and those issues you identified previously.
Once the servicing is complete, I will provide you with a short description of what I found, what I fixed, and what recommendations I may have to prevent these issues happening again in the future.
Training & Qualifications
I have over eight years of professional IT helpdesk and client support experience. I am able to work in most Operating Systems, and in most technical languages. Five of those years I was the primary troubleshooter for the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at University. What this means is that I was the troubleshooter to whom the electrical and computer engineers (students, faculty, and staff) would bring issues they could not figure out.
