Meditation Session Interpretation
I have a very open mind, but also an abilitly to think critically and connect the dots between experiences during meditation or dreams and what they mean in our real lives. I will be offering sessions where I listen to your experiences, ask specific questions about your life and about yourself, and then relate them togeter.
Sometimes during meditation one can have experiences that may seem to be nonsense, but usually have meaning in relation to some underlying psychological or subconscious experience or feelings. My goal is to help you understand the relationship between the experience of realization and your current life.
Note that I am not a psychologist or a master interpreter, but merely someone who wishes to challenge themselves and help others the best I can.
Training & Qualifications
I have been practising meditation for six years now and believe that I am more than qualified to answer your questions. I meditate sometimes for up to two hours, so I can definitely provide you with techniques and methods to improve your meditation session. I also practice mindfulness regularly and can help with stress relief and additional related techniques. As a student in health and medicine, I am VERY interested in psychology and believe my knowledge base is strong enough to help you from an unprofessional, but experienced view point.
