I am a Life Coach and a Communication Specialist. As a Life Coach, I help clients to understand where they are, where they want to go, and how to move forward towards their Goals and Dreams. As a Communication Specialist, I help clients to build Connections to draw forth Confidence and Comfort.

I am a Whole Person Certified Coach. The whole person approach is to consider the whole person when it comes to considering how to move forward. The way forward is about taking control of our social life, finding upward mobility in our career, forming a deeper romantic bond, and looking to better understand ourselves.

At the basic level, Life Coaches are professionally trained listeners who specialize based on their experience and passions. Mine happens to be Communication and the relationships the Connections in our daily life. I understand the difference having someone willing to sit down and dedicate their time as a listener makes because I've lived it for the last fifteen years. I also know what it feels like when to deal with listeners that may mean well, but aren't capable of giving the sympathetic ear I need.

I have a B.S. in Communication Studies with a Health Minor, and I'm pursuing further certification, beyond my WPCC, with the ICF: International Coaching Federation. I believe giving good to the world makes the world a better place, so I encourage freely sharing Love, Appreciation, and Happiness. The world needs more positive influences.
