About Julie Harmon
I am passionate about removing barriers to more choices. I have taught Empowerment self-defense more than 25 years years to every imaginable demographic.There is nothing like working with folks to pare down the constraints in their lives and move towards choice. I'm also a PhD psychologist, a grandmother of 3 girls( who challenge me daily) to be a congruent person.
I know how to start many DYI projects, play in the garden, weave a good story,listen to friends and foe, make connections and learn new things. I think that sharing knowledge, skills and passions, makes for a great day.
