Virtual assistance will likely require a video call, as most technical details are easier seen than described.
This is primarily intended to be a local service for phones so I can go through any necessary troubleshooting, installation, or other technical tasks myself, but I'm willing to work with you if you have enough technical understanding to talk through basic operations.
