I am looking for someone who can help me with a weekly diet plan and recipes. I am tired of eating the same food and processed garbage, I know how to cook but have no experience with diet planning and preparation. I don't know how much to eat or how often. I am often afraid that I am not getting g enough or even proper nutrition Any help would be appreciated! (More personal information available upon inquiry)
