Through the years, there have been a handful of books I've come across that completely changed the trajectory of my life. Books that have made me re-think the way I view reality, the way I interact with other people, and the way I envision what I am capable of achieving in this world.

At some point along the journey, I realized that I, too, had a story to tell. Or, rather, I reached a point where the story absolutely refused to continue being suppressed in the recesses of my soul. Magazine, GOOD, The New York Observer, Lifehack, etc.), spoken in front of large audiences, and have been able to open many doors through my writing.

More importantly, I've received messages from many people from around the globe who share my values and passion for improving the human condition. Many told me that my book moved them to tears. One person even told me that my words prevented them from committing suicide.

I tell you all of this because it took me seven painfully long years of doubting myself before I finally wrote the book I knew was buried inside all along.
