I am a simple man who has lived a complicated life. The lessons I've learned from the experiences I've been through and the challenges I've conquered have helped me develop a philosophy that life is meant to be lived at a level better than average.
My goal in life is to help others become aware that they can be better than average and create and live better than average lives.
I have experience as a community liaison, program coordinator organizing and managing community volunteers to mentor and tutor high risk youth in several after school programs. In my capacity as a program manager and coordinator I worked with school administration to ensure a symbiotic relationship with the schools expectations of the students participating and the programs curriculum.
I along with coworkers designed our program and curriculum to best serve the needs of students and their entire families in both academic, health and social domains. I worked directly with other nonprofit and other interested parties to coordinate community resources and events like holiday parties and block parties. I fully trained volunteers, students and community service clients to participate as part of program staff to assist in completing objectives.
I am a passionate community activist committed to building a better world by inspiring, motivating, and encouraging at risk people, particularly young black men to live better than average lives.
My objective is to teach, train and coach people proven fundamental life skills that will provide a solid spiritual, emotional, physical, financial foundation for success.
My program is built upon the principles taught by Napoleon Hill which include developing a positive mindset by practicing the habit of being actively and powerfully grateful for every person, experience and circumstance.
Effective and well structured goal setting (Definite major purpose)
And forming and maintaining positive personal & professional influences. (Masterminds)
