I will asses your food, thought patterns, attitude, lifestyle, and daily habits and then give recommendations. Pain is an exerperience that can be perceived and present itself in many different ways. It can come from thought patterns, tightness in muscles, toxins in the brain or the body, nerves being pinched, the list can go on. The big issue is that each person is different, and can have any combination of complex reasons for experiencing pain. There is no holy grail answer, each individual has to find the reason for their own unique pain.

Training & Qualifications


I'm a licensed a certified massage therapist with a lot of experience with diet, nutrition, psychology and the medical field. I've spent years getting to know my clients, talking with them, and seeing patterns in how and why people experience pain, as well as what helps.

I'm a 31yo massage therapist that's currently in school. I'm always trying to keep a balance between enjoying life, making progress towards something, helping people, and spending time with th...e people most important to me. One of them being my little puertorican dog Luna :D As far as making progress towards something that can mean fitness, eating healthy, or any kinda self improvement thing is trying at the time. I like to eat mostly vegetarian, but I have meat when I want to. I've started brewing Kombucha at home because I'm tryin to quit drinking soda and that works as a healthy replacement.
