Soft Ginger Cookies (2 Dozen)

Two dozen freshly made ginger cookies, I've been making this recipe for almost ten years now, and it's far and away my most popular. They have a sort of dark sweetness, with just a hint of spice. Each batch is made with real ginger -- don't confuse these with gingerbread -- these are *GINGER* cookies, and they're darned proud of it!
Of course, I will happily fill orders of more than two dozen -- or, if you're feeling like you'd rather just try one, take a look at my other offerings and we can combine things until you're so excited that you're jumping up and down!
mmmmm....... gingery goodness. I think ginger makes everything better.
(Sadly, the picture I'm using isn't of my own cookies, but rather from the internet -- but next time I make a batch, I promise I'll update it with the genuine article!)
Training & Qualifications
Just a guy that's been cooking and baking since he moved out of his mother's house; I use my goodies for Christmas presents every year, and everybody seems to love them -- in fact, the requests usually start arriving starting in August!
Availability & Preferences
Afternoons and evenings are best, but I'm actually pretty much wide open. I'll work with you to find a good time to meet.
