Help with moving

I will help you move. I will not help pack, just load and unload. I have a small truck that could be made available, I also have some experience with moving trucks. No experience with trailers. Local moves only, not available for out of state or long distance.
Training & Qualifications
I'm a pretty big guy and while I'm not in great shape I can lift fairly heavy and awkward things and have helped a lot of people move. I am not a professional mover, I'm basically what you would get if you had a friend help you move.
