In todays fast paced world, things can become blurred. We often cannot see the forest for the trees. In a leadership role, we can often overlook the ideas of some, or show too much favoritism towards others. This can be a result of a busy schedule, not enough support with our tasks, stress, or though we may not admit it, our trying to achieve goals with only ourselves in mind. Yet as a leader, we must exude confidence, We must always have a goal, a plan, and a direction that we are prepared to provide for others to get any given job done. All the while we must perform in an ethical fashion, and deliver on time, within budget, and meeting or exceeding the expectations of our clients, investors, or bosses. I will spend an hour with you going over key points that will help you reevaluate your position, your approach, your intentions, your perceptions, and your results. We will do this by:

*Discussing how you arrived at your position
*Defining your business philosophy
*Identifying the challenges you are facing
*Highlighting the strengths you have and the weaknesses
that need work
*Looking at the habits and thoughts of other leaders who
have been through similar challenges
*Creating a solid and well defined definition of what you want
your contribution to others to be.

After our session I will email you a summary of all that was discussed, and some feedback to consider where needed. Remember, warriors don't lack fear. They identify it, come to terms with it, harness it, and make it work for them. But they refuse to let it control them. Wisdom is a fluid creature, and thus the wisest people remain open minded. The day we think we know everything is the day we know nothing at all. So, once we free ourselves of an overactive ego and realize that the best leaders are also servants,, then we can free our potential to go as far as it wishes to go.
