Krav Maga comes from Israeli military special forces. Designed to be a lethal and effective form of hand to hand combat; gun, stick, and knife defence; vehicular gun defence; active shooter situations, and tactical shooting.
Personal 1 on 1 classes or group classes with Johnathon DeMet; 1st degree blackbelt - Krav maga. (Typical class 1 hour, but can determine schedule and timeframe upon contact)
