Training & Qualifications

I am a certified meditation instructor, I spent a year living at a Tibetan Buddhist Monastery, and was the morning meditation leader there for about 6 months.

Availability & Preferences

I'm pretty much usually free, but I don't like set schedules, so just let me know what days/times work for you and we can find a time that works for us both.
