Advice on HRT alternatives
50
I'm looking for herbal supplements or ? whatever, to replace the bio-identical hormone replacements I'm now using. They seem very good, but they get more expensive every year, and I'd like to find a non-patentable (read, non-profit-driven) alternative to them. I'd particularly like the input of a woman my age, 62 or older, who knows what she's talking about, AND using. Thanks. And I'd pay whatever she wanted. I'm new to this; I don't understand what the simbis translate to -- an hour? Two? So, when I put down the compensation, I have no idea if I'm insulting anyone or overpaying. Sorry. Really want to participate here.
