Help you reclaim your wellness by:
Teaching you about: how the body works to keep things stable, how disease develops over time and how it affects each body system, how nutrition can help or hinder your health, and how your mental state affects your physiological state.
I will show you strategies to incorporate healthy habits into your daily regimen such as preparing healthy meals, using mindfulness & meditation, reducing anxiety, using herbal supplements safely, and using movement & music in ways specific to your goals, and I can help keep you accountable for the goals you set.
During a session we will work together by discussing areas of your health where you would like to see improvement, discovering how you learn best, and targeting specific strategies you will incorporate. We will have some follow up sessions to see how you feel about your progress and determine if further strategies are needed. Sessions occur via email, chat, or video message, and can occur weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly.

Bachelor of Psychology/Sociology
Current Nursing Student
20+ years of diversified healthcare industry experience
