Guide you through a workout, and push you to work to the best of your ability. If needed, we can make accommodations to work around injuries. Can work with you at Anytime Fitness, Planet Fitness, or a park of your choosing.
Training & Qualifications
10+ years of personal fitness training. Further training through the US Army Reserve and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Availability & Preferences
Week day mornings until 1pm, and most weekends.
