I'm just a young professional who works to love rather than living to work. My day job is highly numerical and analytical, but my hobbies are diverse. Fitness: I read a lot about fitness, exerc...ise, holistic health, and diet. I love being active and cooking nutritious food! Outdoors: I like to hike and camp, especially backcountry camping! Food: Not only can I cook a mean dinner, I also bake desserts and bread. I also experiment with ferments like Kombucha, sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles. Arts and Crafts: I can crochet, and like to sew! I'm also trying to learn upholstery! Garden: I keep and indoor and outdoor garden - veggies, tropical plants, annuals, perennials! I love it all! Language: I speak Spanish fluently, and I lived in Guatemala for a year and a half. I would like to learn French and Russian! Volunteering: I like getting out into my community - I've volunteers at nursing homes, music festivals, golf tournaments. I think I get more out of volunteering than I can give! I love community and meeting new people! I think Simbi is a super cool idea.show more
