Have a place in your life that feels little off? That's where I come in! In this 30 minute session, we will work together to identify what is holding you back from feeling your very best in whatever area that you need a little support. Some ideas might be spiritual coaching, financial coaching, career coaching, relationship coaching, empowerment and confidence coaching, getting a project off the ground, breaking bad habits, making a decision that is confusing you, moving through past traumas or working to understand your feelings and emotions on a deeper level. You will leave our session with more clarity, balance, peace of mind and a sense of possibility and vision.
Sessions can be done on the phone or via Skype.

I am a Certified Life Coach trained at Brilliance Coaching Academy in Los Angeles, CA, as well as a RYT-200 registered with Yoga Alliance and trained in Jupiter, FL at Kula Yoga Shala.
