The concept of holistic nutrition is that when properly grown and prepared, foods and the nutrients found in them, as well as in certain herbs and supplements, are supportive of health, enhancing the quality of life and wellbeing.

Training & Qualifications
Jill Troderman is an award-winning Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Nutrition Educator specializing in family and child nutrition.
She is the author of The Food Tree Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Curriculum: A Mind, Body, Soul Approach to Teaching Kids How to Eat Well and Be Healthy.
Jill is passionate about all things wellness and used the concept of balancing the mind, body, spirit as a holistic healing and wellness model. She started her journey when she fired her very own doctor in search of deep healing, not just a band-aid pharmaceutical approach. This path led her to a career in holistic nutrition. Her goal is to help women, children, and families to "Create A Diet As Unique as You Are!" because she knows it worked for her and her family.
She provides nutrition counseling and teaches and leads workshops on holistic nutrition, healthy cooking, medicinal tea crafting, and gardening.
Her love of plants and the powerful healing to be found from them is probably the number one reason she began on the path of learning about natural medicine and the positive force of natural, integrative healing and wellbeing.
