I am 3 months post surgery and have just been cleared to begin working out again. The problem is that I have been a pretty intese athlete for so long, I don't know how to ease back in and take it slow. I don't want to injure myself so I need some help in getting back on the horse the right way.
The surgery impacted my upper body strength and range of movement including shoulders and pectorals. I was previously doing a lot of yoga, handstands, tumbling, contortion, and aerial circus arts. So ideally I am looking to get back to that.
