Whether you're a Sous Chef like myself, someone wanting to gain some insight to the culinary world, or someone who has a taste for something wonderful, I am your girl.
Pairing Fruits, Cheeses, Wines... Anything your heart desires is my specialty. And to make it look gorgeous is my knack.

If you have an idea for a meal, I can make it come to life with a recipe for you to make, yourself.
Or whether you want a private chef for a night, that can be worked out as well!

I am the Sous Chef for a private jet catering company out of BFI.
-1 year of Pastry
-6+ of Culinary
-6+ years in a kitchen

Availability & Preferences

Evenings over mornings.
My weekends are forever changing, but we can work something out!
