They said it takes 66 days to build a habit.*So if you want to drink eight glasses of water a day, cut down how much you spend on dining out, or you want to start practicing a language for fifteen minutes a day, I will help keep you accountable to your personal goals.
-I will send two emails a week to check in
-They will be at random intervals to gently nudge you back to your goals
-They will ask questions about how it has been going and remind you why you started
-I will support you and encourage small steps
By the end of ten weeks, if the "experts" are right, you'll have formed a habit and you won't need to check in anymore because it will become part of your everyday life.
