This is a month long service - I will be your accountability partner, I will check in on you daily to make sure that you got your workout in, talk to you about your workout plan and goals, as well just be there for you as friend. We can do this online on any platform you prefer (Skype, messenger, email, etc.), via the phone (phone call, text) or in person (local only)

I am an exercise enthusiast working towards my personal trainer certification.
