Training & Qualifications
I am a chef by profession.
I've now entered my 10th year of professional cooking (though unofficially, I've been cooking since I was as tall as my mum's elbows..).
French trained, with experience in North American (Canadian predominant) cuisine, Italian cuisine, South American flavors (limited), a 4 month immersion in Japanese cuisine (Tokyo-Yokohama), and 9 months in Shanghai.
