Let me take you for a walk! Do you want to help regulate your mood? Do you want company or moral support or just a reason to leave the house? Let's have a walk then! We can go fast or slow, direct route or scenic. Available in 30 minute chunks in downtown Victoria.
Training & Qualifications
I like walking and meeting people. I'm not into "fitness" but walking is a nice way to feel calm and centered- i am also body-positive and against diet culture so you won't hear me talk about calories or any nonsense like that.
