Need sound/audio engineering help

I’m in need of some help with my audio recording setup. I have three condenser mics and a Harbinger mixer but I primarily use a single LCT 240Pro mic. I’m working from a Mac and iPhone, but I have a windows device as well I could use if needed. I’m looking to understand the mixer settings better and perfect the sound quality for my sound healing videos. I don’t do any audio editing but I’m familiar with garage band if that is an area of knowledge you have advice in. I have several instruments but primarily use crystal singing bowls and drums. Vocals include both spoken as well as singing. I’ve been winging it the last year or so and would love to produce some higher quality recordings. Any advice and help is appreciated :)
