Describe to me a reoccurring dream you have. I will try to essentially have and interact with your nightmares on the astral plane and find the origin and untie/change your negative connection to this energy.
Training & Qualifications
An experienced lucid dreamer (have since I have 14ish) until i realized experience or the experience is more important than control over it. Started astral projecting around 16. What you call nightmares I might call fun so I don't mind catching it
