I will answer as many questions on the maintenance and improvement of your health as I possibly can with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 30 minutes to an hour. I will suggest methods for your own self-improvement, including but not limited to, seeking exercise regimen, medication, diet augmentation and professional medical help for anything out of the scope of my expertise.
If I cannot help you, I will refund you.
