I'm a small business owner, historian and lover of family and beautiful green valleys! I've traveled all over this amazing country and a favorite day is spent with a few close friends exploring, eating awesome food, visiting historic sites or reading. I've been to Colonial Williamsburg and it's one of my top five destinations.
I love camping in old style canvas tents, cooking over the campfire in cast iron pans, and the smell of pipe tobacco and coffee in the mornings.
I've traveled to Indonesia, where the people are friendly and playful. I've been to Ecuador, which has some of the crispest, most delightful mountain air you can imagine. India's chai over an open fire will never leave you satisfied with American tea again, and the rolling hills in the south of France are incredibly picturesque and lovely.
I think the most important things in the world are empathy, respect, and kindness and my role model is the sweetest lady you've never met, named Neta Stebbins. She is my grandmother and at 91 left the world with a big vacuum of loving kindness.
Politically, revamping the system is vital, so I really respect the Simbi model and hope we can revolutionize the meaning of community through online trade and networking! I can't wait to introduce more people to the site and get them hooked into this awesome idea.
